This transmission is not painted! It has been vapor blasted, the beautiful surface finish will remain nice looking far longer than paint could last.
Has a reverse brake for ease of shift into a fully synchronized reverse (only the later T5’s had this).
The T5 shifter will come up through the original hole in your Mustang/ Cougar floor.
